i was once called "maestra" or teacher by una "maestra" by another teacher. and i blew her off, "i know i am" i responded confidently and arrogantly, "i've been teaching since i was 12 years old" now, not really a teacher moment, but it was a teachable moment. take a compliment maestra d, shut the fudge up sometimes, and really eat a fat slice of some humble pie.
